Our story
Eight decades of engineering growth
Zyrah Group traces its origin to 1942, when Anand Concast Limited (ACL) began as an iron foundry manufacturing agricultural implements. In 1968 a new factory was established to manufacture sewing-machine parts — the first step toward the engineering-goods business that became MAGZ, born in 1992 as the group entered exports and today produced in factories in China, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan and Indonesia.
That same manufacturing foundation gave rise to RINOX Engineering, now Asia’s largest integrated factory for modular stainless steel railings, and to Reyna Steels, RINOX’s formwork division. In Germany, RINOX GmbH established the Zahe brand — batteries, tyres, tubes and lubricants engineered for tough terrain. Miamo Foods later extended the group beyond engineering into packaged foods.
Each business kept its own factories, markets and identity while building international offices in Ningbo (2006), Africa (2008), Hong Kong (2013) and Tianjin (2014). Today Zyrah Group is the strategic umbrella over all five — investing in their growth while preserving the specialist reputations each one built on its own.
