Zyrah Group traces its origin to 1942, when Anand Concast Limited (ACL) began as an iron foundry manufacturing agricultural implements. In 1968, the enterprise opened a new factory dedicated to machine parts — the first step toward the engineering-goods business that would become MAGZ Global, launched in 1992 as ACL's entry into bicycle parts exports, now produced across factories in China, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan and Indonesia.
That same manufacturing foundation gave rise to RINOX Engineering, now Asia's largest integrated factory for railings and glass hardware, and to Reyna Steels, RINOX's formwork division. In Germany, RINOX GmbH established the Zahe brand — batteries, tyres, tubes and lubricants engineered for tough terrain. Miamo Foods later extended the group beyond engineering into packaged foods, bringing French-inspired culinary standards to a global grocery range.
Each business kept its own factories, markets and identity, while building international offices in Ningbo (2006), Africa (2008), Hong Kong (2013) and Tianjin (2014). Today Zyrah Group is the strategic umbrella over all five — investing in their growth while preserving the specialist reputations each one built on its own.
