Zyrah Group traces its origin to 1942, when an iron foundry began manufacturing agricultural implements. In 1968, the enterprise opened a new factory dedicated to machine parts — the first step toward the engineering-goods business that would become MAGZ Global, launched in 1992 as the group's entry into bicycle parts exports.
That same manufacturing foundation gave rise to RINOX Engineering, now Asia's largest integrated factory for railings and glass hardware, and to Reyna Steels, RINOX's formwork division. In Germany, RINOX GmbH established the Zahe brand — batteries, tyres, tubes and lubricants engineered for tough terrain. Miamo Foods later extended the group beyond engineering into packaged foods.
Each business kept its own factories, markets and identity, while building international offices in Ningbo (2006), Africa (2008), Hong Kong (2013) and Tianjin (2014). Today Zyrah Group is the strategic umbrella over all five — investing in their growth while preserving the specialist reputations each one built on its own.

Zahe is one of the few brands with a closed-loop production cycle for battery and tyre manufacture — from raw material through to finished, certified product, at plants in Germany and China.
Reyna Steels combines conventional and CNC turning & milling machines across a 35,250 sq. yard facility, while RINOX runs CNC-equipped plants spanning 250,000 sq. ft.
